Delivery and execution of the contract

 

Au Fil du Bonheur delivers worldwide, Monday to Friday. In Belgium, we also deliver on Saturdays. The exact delivery time and shipping costs depend on the destination and delivery method chosen. These will be confirmed to you when ordering. Once the package has been shipped, you can track it from your account or with the package code on the chosen delivery person's website. You will find this code in the shipping confirmation. Your order is tracked very closely. You will be notified immediately if any problems arise. Unless explicitly agreed or otherwise stipulated, the goods are delivered to the Customer's home within 30 days of receipt of the order. A visible deterioration and/or a qualitative defect of an item or any other failure concerning delivery must be reported immediately by the Customer to Au Fil du Bonheur. The risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer from the moment he (or a third party designated by him who is not the carrier) has taken physical possession of the goods. However, the risk is transferred to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier if the Customer's carrier has received the order to transport the goods and this option was not offered by Au Fil du Bonheur.

 

Right of withdrawal

The provisions of this article apply exclusively to Customers who purchase, in their capacity as consumers, items online from Au Fil du Bonheur.

Exchange and return

Au Fil du Bonheur aims to satisfy the customer as well as possible.

If you are not satisfied with the goods received, you may return them at your expense and within 14 days of receipt. Items must be whole, unused and must be in their original packaging. If these conditions are not met, you lose your right of return.

The right to cancel orders and return goods does not apply to custom-made products, custom items or fabrics that have been cut.

Please always contact us in advance via broderie@aufildubonheur.com if you wish to return products. Indicate the order number, the items/quantities you wish to return with your message or complaint and you will then receive the address to which you can return them.

When the package arrives at Au Fil du Bonheur, you will receive an e-mail. The contents of the package and the quality are then controlled. Damaged products may lose their right to return.

If your complaint is founded we will provide you with a new product or refund you.
